About me
I have always been passionate about design. In school I would create various craft projects and experimented with different media ranging from papers, colors, tie and die, plaster of paris, and clay to designing animations and websites using Macromedia flash player and HTML. All just for fun.
My interests led me to pursue architecture. Through that, I was able to strengthen my design skillset and expand my horizons. I learned that design had great capabilities to impact a user.
Around this time, I came across the term Human Centered Design, which struck a chord. The principles and the thought process behind the user-centered design made sense and felt like the missing puzzle piece. It was then I decided to study the principles of user-centered design.
Today I design user-centered products by using a data-informed approach to understand the users' problems. On top, my background in architecture gives me an edge by helping me be empathetic and intuitive toward the user's needs. I am passionate about ensuring that the designs are delightful and pixel-perfect for the users.
When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family, traveling, cooking, baking, or gardening.
